Blankets, Bed Runners and Cushions are recommended for light or decorative use and are made using Vegan Acrylic wool. Hot water bottles are made using chenille wool which is 100% polyester.
The Cushion and Door Stop fillings are knitted into the cover and cannot be removed without unpicking the stitching.
Hot Water Bottle covers are removable. Ensure the hot water bottle is empty. Untie the ribbon and gently tease the stitching out away from the neck of the bottle. Reach inside and fold the bottle back onto itself. The bottle should Slide out of the opening. To replace simply repeat the process in reverse – fold the hot water bottle first and insert into the opening. All hot water bottles themselves comply with the Hot Water Bottle Safety Standard (BS 1970:2012) an internationally recognised UK safety standard for rubber and PVC hot water bottles.
Most products can be washed on a delicate cycle using a short spin but are not suitable for use in a tumble dryer and should be dried flat where possible to prevent stretching. Cushions and Door stops can be surface washed.
Made using the market leading Vegan Acrylic unspun yarn. Unspun yarn is made up of multiple fibres so some pulling of the fibres is completely normal and to be expected.
To maintain your product we recommend stroking in the direction of the fibres. Any loose fibres can be de-piled and removed carefully using sharp scissors or by pulling gently.
Should any end stitches become loose these can simply be tucked back in behind the neighboring stitch.
All ribbons and embellishments are removable with the exception of the eyes on the unicorn products. Embellishments are inserted between the stitches or attached using a clip.
