Returns Policy

We hope you’ll love your new handmade items, but if for any reason you’re not fully happy, please let us know within 14 days of receiving the items, beginning the day after your order is received. 
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the products are in an unused and undamaged condition and in their original, undamaged packaging with tags attached.
Return postage costs must be met by the buyer. We recommend you use a tracked service and keep your postage receipt until your refund has cleared.
Any items that are received back which are not in a resalable condition will be returned to you.

NOTE: Bespoke (custom made) items are not entitled to receive refunds as these articles are designed and made with individual bespoke specifications and cannot be re-sold.  Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email. 
Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.

Discount Codes

Occasionally we may promote a discount code or promotion relating to a sale, event or marketing campaign. It is at our discretion as to how these discounts can be utilised, the frequency by which they are available and by which user. Discount codes are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
